Our straps are made to order in a limited production run, not pulled off a shelf. That means each piece is produced as part of the batch — and the moment production is complete, your order is processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Pre-orders ship from June 20, 2026, and you'll receive a tracking number by email the second your order leaves us, so you're never left wondering where it is.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within the EU and 5–12 business days worldwide, depending on your location and local customs.

RETURNS

We want you to genuinely love your Royal Pop strap — and if you don't, you're never stuck with it. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, and returns are free: we cover the return shipping. No restocking fees, no hoops.

To keep it simple, just email support@wrist-u.com with your order number, and we'll send you a prepaid label and clear instructions. Items should come back unused and in their original condition, with the packaging and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. Once we receive your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, and we'll email you the moment it's done.

Because many orders are pre-orders, you can also cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund — no questions asked.

And if anything ever arrives damaged or incorrect, just send us a photo within 30 days. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — usually without even asking you to send it back.

You'll be refunded the full price you paid. For change-of-mind returns we also cover the return shipping, so there are no deductions, no restocking fees, and no hidden costs taken out of your refund.
